Yoga as a Faith Tool: Feb. 22-24

In the chaotic rush and hurry of daily life, we can miss experiencing the depth and giftedness our Creator hopes for our lives. Through yoga, we have the opportunity to re-connect our bodies and our breath in a way that makes room for faith and spiritual growth to flourish.

As we prepare to enter the holy season of Lent, Trinity is joining with “A Little Twisted Yoga Studio” of Palmetto to bring Luke Ketterhagen of the Himalayan Institute in Honesdale, PA, to our area to help us draw upon the tools of yoga in our faith journey.

Join us for an individual segment of training or for the entire weekend’s offerings! Whether you are simply curious about how yoga can be a faith tool or if you are a seasoned practitioner of the art, Luke will add to your understanding and experience in both delightful and meaningful ways.

Complete this registration form and take or send with payment to Trinity Lutheran or A Little Twisted Yoga Studio.
